Ramp up time is determined by a few factors including the current state of your lease data, number of leases and/or locations and the need for lease abstraction and review. Our implementation team and lease services professionals can greatly accelerate your deployment time, or you can choose to use internal resources for completing data transfer tasks.
How difficult is it to install the software?
There is no software installation required, which is a key advantage of our cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. You have access to the software and your data via any web-browser and device, anywhere you need it.
Will I need to pay for future software upgrades?
No, all upgrades to our software are automatically included with your service agreement. You’ll always be on the most current version of our platform.
What is the current renewal rate for your platform?
We’re pleased to have a 100% annual renewal rate from our customers.
Do many customers migrate data from competing software platforms to CoStar Real Estate Manager?
